Have you ever stopped to think about why you allow yourself to be hurt and why it is mattering to you? Why we but value in ourselves? We get hurt by someone say. have you thought about why you are truely hurt, besides what they did to YOU. I have, and the Lord has put on my heart that it is because my eyes and thinking were on MYSELF, and what I was recieving from them. Now he is teaching me and showing that if my heart and thinking are only of him and serving him, then what others do, my reaction will only be of understanding, mercy, compassion, and love for them. I know we are human is what some of you may be thinking to yourself, and I too have THOUGHT this way and still do at times. The Lord is showing and teaching me that if my HEART and THINKING are ONLY OF SERVING HIM, then I am not effected by what others do, except to have his compassion upon them, because they know not what they do. Just as, manytimes we know not what we do. We all are in war against the flesh, but at times the flesh will temporarily win out. Sometimes there are those who do not even know christ either, which is sad, but if we can not allow thier actions to effect us, except in understanding, mercy, compassion, and love, possibolyy if we have faith the Lord can move thier heart, by the understanding, mercy, copassion and love that they see through us. Then to, we are of good spirit and happy in all things, because only the love for others, as is his nature, is living through us. It is my prayer that we can all come to this true thinking and understanding of Christ Jesus our Lord. May the Lord richly bless and touch your hearts with all his love.
