That is natural if you are experiencing something that is not good. I have been feeing like that lately. I actually would want to go some place where I can be alone and commune with the nature and talk to God but I could not do it right now. Maybe It is best if you could do that. Just go on a quiet place and talk to God for sure you would feel a little better. I am happy now that the pain I felt has lessen over the time. I can now smile and even talk with focus unlike before.
