Admin	Example of miscommunication Posted : 11 Feb, 2011 03:11 PM I watch TV episodes online, so I am a week behind. One of my favorite shows is Bones, and have always loved the love story between the two main characters, Booth and Brennan. It was a bit disappointing to see them split up last season (ok, deciding not to get into a relationship) and to see Booth shack up with Hannah. If you watch the last segment of this episode, you will see a great example of two people letting their emotions lead the way and not listening to what the other was saying. It is also a great example of why I like to state my intentions up front, and will end the relationship as soon as I know I don�t want to marry someone (not that I have ever been given the chance). I can also see why he gets so upset at the end, I have felt that way so many times. But, I could understand Booth�s point, he was currently in a relationship with Hannah, so entering into a relationship with Brennan was not a possibility. Hopefully the producers will allow them to enter into a healthy relationship. It is disappointing to see so many shows where there are no healthy relationships. The last one that I can remember was between Bud and Harriet on the show JAG. I actually tend to feel like Temperance when it comes to dating and social relationships. That is one of the reasons why I like the show so much, because I can understand her social awkwardness. Post Reply
