A new Life for even the divorced

I first wrote this as a reply to a question a lady asked on a Christian dating site in the forms. She asked, "Any Guys left that believe in Sex only within the Bounds of Marriage? " I replied in two separate comments. After reading them once again the Holy Spirit put upon my heart to write about it, making it clearer, expanding on it, and going into more depth.

Truth is there are, but that goes right along with us being equally yoked, and therefor waiting upon the Lord in his due time to yoke us with that person of the same mind, understanding, thinking, and going in the same direction us. Of course when I viewed her profile, I saw that she was divorced. Which lead me to what Im about to share with that the Lord put upon my heart. Well since she had been married before, that would mean she was no longer a virgin, and has had sex before. All leading to the truth of what we have through Christ.

I write this partaining to those who have been married before, or had pre-marital sex. The truth is though, this holds true for everything of ones past. In order to live out a marriage honoring the Lord and following Christ. We are called to beleive in what he has given us, and live accordingly, our New Life. Yes, when we came to beleive in Christ as our personnel savior, it meant that we beleive our sins and past is forgiven. Therefor, making us pure before the Father. So that being true. For us to veiw, see, or treat another beleiver and potentiel mate or mate, in anyway other way then pure and precious, is not in line with the truth of who they now are through Christ. Also in the same sense, we are to receive it for ourselves.

Christ's acceptance of us dispite our sins, is what drew us to him, to love him, changed our hearts, and encourages us to press forward. The goal of marriage, and may i add, is to lift up one another in the truth of Christ. We have been freed from by him of our past sins, wrongs, and are no longer bound under the Law. If he sees now sees us this way, then why shouldn't we also see and treat one another the same?

If we persay, rub our spouses nose in their preverbial mess, we are only putting them right back under the Law. Therefor, not building up, encouraging, showing unconditional love, etc...but creating separation. as the Two are joined together in him, they become one. Ok, so that would their pain, your pain. Their wrong your wrong. Their forgivness your forgiveness. The goal of the Lord through Christ, is unconditional love, and our New Life. It is unconditional love which encourages us to press forward and continue trying. It is unconditional love that builds relationships, and grows them more and more.Therefor, may we live in it andcontinuely lift up one another in it and the new Life we all have been given. I pray this blesses all who read it, and i give him All the praise and glory for leading me to share it with you.

Gods Unconditional Love And Blessings To All,

David

Thank you for the sensitivity and boldness to write that. Your obedience to follow the Lord's leading allows me to take a deep breath and exhale His praises. Right now I am weepy because God has shown me there are brothers here and now who CHOOSE to love their sisters...no matter what they have been through. I am encouraged. You acknowledge the Lord's mercy and forgiveness and actually embrace it. I love you!

Thank you for the heartfelt post. A great trouble in the Christian community is our failure to treat the sin's of others how we would want our own treated. Thank you again.
