You get mail out of your mailbox. You see your neighbor go to their mailbox. You assume they get mail out of theirs as well, right? Well how can you really be sure?

Men and women need to stop thinking that what works for men also works for women, and vice versa. Men and women don't always see things the same way. Believe it or not, we are wired differently. Taking the time to figure out how the other operates will save you a ton of stress in the long run.

For example, if a guy has a problem, the problem is the problem. If a woman has a problem, the problem is likely how the problem makes her feel. Addressing one the wrong way will probably lead to an argument.

Even applying gender-based generalizations to everyone of that gender can lead to problems. Pay attention to the individual and learn how they operate. It may be difficult, but it's definitely worth it in the long run.

It's coming along slowly... I haven't picked it up in a few days actually... But I'm still enjoying it! How are you coming along w/ yours?

"Don't Waste Your Life" is good. I'm just not much of a reader, so it's hard to read even a short book. I wouldn't even be trying if I didn't think it had an eternal value. I suffered a moderate head trauma back in high school, and I am suspicious of its affects on my concentration and short term memory. Solid Christian books are worth the struggle though.

Awww, I'm sorry. That must make school a bit more difficult than it would be anyway. I've had several concussions, but I don't think it's affected me in the long term... I guess the real test will be when I start back to school in a week.

I was an annoying little brat of a smart kid. God just made me more normal the only way I respond: by smacking me upside the head. It was just more literal this time.

Jesus loves me, so my glass is always half full. Cheesy, but true.
