You on the other hand were given good advice but ignored it all. So why are you back now? Did you have some sort of revelation about this site that were are all supposed to know but somehow are to dumb to have figured it out? Post Reply

From the start of my internet experience, sense told me not to waste my time upon these sites. Yet here I am. Abraham wasted less time looking for a wife for his son Isaac. And Abraham just married his sister. Yep! One can spend a century on the internet looking for a wife. I think it is better luck playing the lottery. So, I do think you are giving good counsel whether you heed your own advice or not. I myself would counsel the same. One might have better odds going to church provided the church were loaded with people and varying groups for involvement. I do not think that the internet is a very good way to meet people. But it is an excellent way to meet scammers and to throw away the hours of life. Every prisoner should do it. Post Reply

Besides that I’m not here to find anyone now. I’m here because I want the Lord to use me to help others grow closer to Him. I believe that should be our main objective. How was that not good advice? Well to you it wasn't because you expected women to just fall at your feet without having to do anything. But that's not the way it works even in the Christian realm. A Christian woman is still human and has to find the man attractive before she will have any interest in him. Many people believe that Gods going to do everything for them but again it doesn't work like that. God gives you the tools to make the right decisions and a big part of that is getting out there and also doing the right things and not just expecting them to come to you. Post Reply

Yes we must depend on him to be saved but we also have to live on the Earth until our time comes to leave it. But while we are here, we are to be fruitful and multiply which takes work. We are actually required by God to work and if multiplying requires making one's self more attractive to the opposite gender then it should be done. But if you want to be like Paul then that's also an option. Post Reply

Instead of attractiveness, work on your body for your own health and wellbeing. Instead of trying to get a bunch of money, be happy with the things you already have. And as I said earlier, get yourself into God’s word and learn it, because that’s best knowledge anyone can have. But we also need to realize that we can’t have any of these things if it weren’t for God. Give Him glory for all things, because if not for Him and His perfect will we would have nothing. A person can have everything, good car, nice house, wealth, but without they would have nothing. That’s where our focus should be when it comes to finding a partner. This goes for both men and women. And thankfully I don’t have to live like Paul. Because some day soon I am going to be married. Post Reply
