Gaslighting is a form of emotional abuse that’s seen in abusive relationships. I used to live like that, to the point that I don't know how to trust myself and make a decision. When I became aware of my problem, I decided to change the way I think. I have spent a lot of time to go to church, read many books and meet positive people. I often pray with God and talk with myself. I knew my best friend is God and myself. I overpassed it for a long time. I am confident, happy, beautiful more. Post Reply
