PERSONALLY, I THINK IT SHOULD BE BOTH WAYS. IN SPECIFIC RELATION TO PERSONAL EXPERIANCES, IVE BEEN IN A NUMBER OF SITUATIONS WHERE LADIES HAVE HAD NON VERBAL INTERESTS IN ME BUT HAVE CHOSEN NOT TO TAKE THEIR INTEREST FURTHER, PROBABLY BECAUSE OF THAT TRADIONAL VIEW OF WHOS DUTY IT IS TO APPROACH OR IN MOST CASES , DUE TO CAUTION AND OR FEAR. I UNDERSTAND THAT WE ALL HAVE OUR FEARS AND THAT, BUT I WANT 2 URGE WOMEN TO TRY THEIR LUCK AND APPROCH ANY MAN OF WHICH THEY HAVE AN INTEREST IN, U NEVER KNOW WHAT HE MIGHT JUST BRING. IN ADDITION, I WANT TO REMIND US ALL THAT God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (2 TIMOTHY 1:7) IF WE ARE UNABLE TO WRESTLE OUR MINOR FEELINGS AND FEARS, HOW THEN CAN WE WRESTLE AGAINST PRINCIPALITIES, POWERS AND ALL THAT:devil: THROWS AGAINST US. I HOPE THAT THROUGH THIS MESSAGE, I MIGHT ENCOURAGE ALOT OF WOMEN, I APOLOGISE IF ANY WOMAN HAS TAKEN OFFENCE 2 THIS. Post Reply
View Profile History	COURAGE, GRAB THE OPPORTUNITY, B4 ITS 2 LATE Posted : 9 Jul, 2009 08:57 AM that's really helpful, but you know, some people out there really do have that fear of approaching someone. their trying to conquer it, but it sometimes seems too strong for them at times. but thanks for that advice. some people, however, still live in the old-fashoined ways or go by what they've seen in movies. maybe it's because they think the guy is tougher.:laugh: i don't know about that; we all have the same emotions; they're just stronger than others sometimes. Most people depend on body language, and facial expressions to read people as they talk to them. In this way most of us can tell if someone is not being quite so truthful with us. So, taking the chance to speak with someone without these ques is highly exploritory for those of us who use them as a way to express our feelings and to feel out the feelings of others that we meet. We can say whatever we want on here about ourselves or not, and who can nay say us? Fear of the unknown, what better way for a predator to use this site and similiar ones to prey on those that want to believe that the christians that take the time to post here, would never be around to hurt or demean us in any way. Now the big question is; If you listen to the father, he will not let you be lead astray, correct?? So truly, this fear is more a lack of trust in ourselves to listen to the voice of God telling us wether this is a mistake or not. He gives us clues and life lessons to follow to cover these circumstances and any other that we come across. Have faith that the Lord will protect you at all times and in all ways.
