If it�s meant to be it will be

I do believe that God speaks clearly... It happened to me several times when it was about important stuff...

I would like to share it with you so that if you've been through the same thing maybe you could help me.

Well it happened two times that God told me that persons i was interested to, if they love me they would come and if it was meant to be it will be. The first time nothing happened(he didn't love me). For this one why doesn't he tell me no or yes why if he love's me he will come? I have doubts that maybe he can come n maybe not what do you think?
