Do you believe in destiny? I have no boyfriend since birth because I'm afraid to get hurt although I know that it is part of loving one person, but I still praying to GOD that my first would be my last love of my life ^_^ Post Reply

The problem is if you try to avoid pain when it happens you will not know how to react to it in strength. How will you know? Well probally he will not be the first and the last unless you are willing to simply settle for Gods second best. If you are afraid your interactions must be very minimal or none with boys, right? Plese never give your body to a boy who tells you he loves you. This is a lie. Any boy who loves you will preserve your purity and not seek self gratification. So this is the first indicator of integrity. Will he protect you from even his own lusts. Second indicator is can you resolve conflict together without constantly reacting to oneanother. This speakes of your ability to communicate on a marital level. Third indicator. Is this boy going a place you can follow? Does he lead and you can follow? Forth and probally the greatest. Do you have the ability to forgive and genuinly ask forgiveness. In the process of forgiveness one finds intimacy. Genuine intimacy that has nothing to do with the physical. Fifth, can you support oneanothers dreams. Is that enough to start with? These are all practical values you can determine who is the one for a good lasting relationship. Be blessed, dear one. Posted : 12 Jun, 2013 11:30 AM I have to tell you something that will probably surprise you: you will be hurt :) it's normal because we are imperfect, you are yourself. you always hurt God but he forgives and accepts you. don't do the same mistake as me, so many good mates passed by but i got scared and i hid away from them. you must be available, you must show interest to men, at least look at them :) otherwise how will you know, and some men are shy, you have to help them with your smiles, your eyes must say: Hey you can come to me don't be scared! don't expect the man to come from heaven with a small ticket saying i'm your husband. he will not directly come to you saying will you marry me. you must be friends first, have a basic relationship and what needs to come will surely come. I guess I really need to be open to all the possibilities once I enter to a relationship, and always ask for the guidance of our GOD.It really hurts but I know GOD always there to guide us to finally found the one who really meant for us. Posted : 13 Jun, 2013 07:23 AM As you have been told by the others,its normal to experience pain as you go on in life but the bottom line is how you deal with it,with forgiveness and love. Its very good that you have kept yourself pure. Remember we live with human beings who are very different from us even our sisters and brothers are very different from us and sometimes they hurt us.The same applies to partners/husbands.When they hurt us we are supposed to deal with it with love and have forgiveness in us. And as sand said be open to guys,talk to them,but don't give your purity to anyone who doesn't respect.And by respect i mean one who isn't ready to wait till you are married. This is my first time to join on a dating site mam, it's kind a new for me, honestly I have no idea what happen once I entered on this site, I always pray to GOD that he leads me to the right person that HE prepared for me, and from this site I do learn how to build trust to anyone that I haven't meet in person.
