Admin	ok I NEED you guyes help.. :< Posted : 2 May, 2013 05:13 PM I need some advice on what to do. There is a guy at work who likes me a whole lot. Im his friend and he totally trusts me and tells me everything. Which is weird since he never opens up to anyone. I just want to stay friends. I cant think of him in any other way. Maniacs1 View Profile History	ok I NEED you guyes help.. :< Posted : 6 May, 2013 08:55 PM i had a similar experiance with a girl that i work with. when the whole her being interested in dating me came up i told her that i wasnt too overly interested and that i would rather be friends (well not in that way, but thats still what i got across). im pretty sure that she was kinda mad at me, but she got over it (although im sure she still has a huge crush on me). if someone who is your friend wants to take it to the next step and you are not interested, they need to respect that. i myself have been in that situation where i liked someone but they just wanted to be friends, it sucked for me (and yes i was kinda crushed a bit, but i got over it), but i needed to respect them and their decision. If you keep prolonging without telling him that you are not interested in him, most likely he'll get the idea that you are interesting in him. Be real with him, having a relationship based on a lie is wrong. It's lot better to deal with a little pain than doing something lot worse and regret in the long run. Post Reply

Turns out that guy was just flirty, he likes me alot but doesnt want to date because he'll be going into the Navy soon and doesnt want to put me though that. Yay, so the pressures off.
