It's like testing the water...depending on what you're taught on who ask who out, flirting gets the guy's attention...a smile, a glance and quick look away when caught looking, a wink...something to say hey...I might be interested in you...and see how you respond. Yet research has repeated shown that ladies are the ones that choose their mate, whether it be through a fleeting glance, a flick of the hair...
