And when it's time he'll bring him/her into our lives. The hard part is being patient enough to wait for His timing and moving past those relationships we thought were meant to be. We live in a "fallen world" and things just may not make sense to us and people will let us down. But God does not. His Word is true and He says, "I have a plan for you, a plan for GOOD and not for EVIL." Our job is to open to that plan and not to stay bitter - from whatever attacks us. We may be looking for an elaborate, unobtainable plan and desire - when what He has for us is simple, true and right under our nose. Also, when the enemy is beating you up, he is threatened by you in SOME WAY so don't take it personally. We don't know what others are going through to make them leave a marriage, suddenly break up, or bolt for no reason that we can see. They are obviously going through a great trial and temptation. I think prayer is essential to bring good, supportive people into our lives and pray "through" those who are tempted and blinded by the enemy. But they do have a free will and maybe they need our prayers in the worst way. One thing I have observed is how we have high expectations for each other, rather than God's grace and long-suffering. Kind of like the vows say - for better or worse. We are so imperfect and need God's grace to give to others and receive for ourselves. Otherwise it would not be included in the vows. Meaning, watch out, there may be and probably will be choppy waters ahead but look to God's ways and He will smooth out the sea for you - for good sailing. Lani :purpleangel: Post Reply

Gods timing is peffect and he wants what is best for you, so just have patience (im still working on that one) and have faith because he will pull through for you like alwaays. Post Reply
