You forget brother I have been on both sides of this thing. I know first hand the brainwashing tactics of the catholic church. The real question is WHO is mislead and missinformed. It is rather humorous for you to think the catholic church was in existence at the time of Peter. I suggest studying a bit of historical reference material that is published by someone other than the catholic church. You stated that I" admit the authority of the catholic church" . . . . .Ummm. . . No. . . .Where do you get this stuff??? As for infant baptism ; this is taught by the catholic church, not by scripture. Instead of hijacking this one? Whom do you think put together the New Testament? It was The Catholic Church. You accept The New Testament as it is...don't you? If you do then you must accept the Church that put it together. Have you read any of The Churches History? The Church did not start when Luther rebelled against the Catholic Church. She had been around since Christ started Her. Chuck...show me where in Scripture it says that "these are the books that will go into The New Testament"? Show me where in Scripture is The Canon of The New Testament? Would you start a new thread please? Post Reply
