What's your love language?

We've discussed this before here, but it's worth discussing again. Especially since we have some new people. (And my scores are a bit different than they were previously.)

Go here and take the test: http://www.5lovelanguages.com/assessments/personal-profiles/?profiletype=singles. And then report back because we're all curious. Well, I am anyway!

Pixy, an important fact to remember is you do not need to have a specific love language as your primary to learn how to express that love language.

You are correct in your desire for your husband to make love to you in a way that fufills your emotional need for physical touch. It is something that your husband can learn, and it is something that you will need to teach him. Just because he does not have the same motivation as you does not mean that he can't fufill your needs.

Okay, you're right, Cobbler.

Not that any of this is probably ever going to matter for me anyway, since I'm really starting to feel like I'm doomed to a life of singleness.

5 Words of Affirmation

9 Quality Time

4 Receiving Gifts

6 Acts of Service

6 Physical Touch

Quality Time

In Quality Time, nothing says I love you like full, undivided attention. Being there for this type of person is critical, but really being therewith the TV off, fork and knife down, and all chores and tasks on standbymakes you feel truly special and loved. Distractions, postponed activities, or the failure to listen can be especially hurtful.

I think I see where you are coming from Pixy, and I think I can clarify it for you.

I thought words of affirmation would be highest ranked in mens love language. Quality time is blowing me away to be honest.
