I never thought it was ok to date even while waiting for a divorce, but until now I've never been in this situation. For the record, I am not here to date (yet), pretty much just to talk. I also value the process of creating a profile. I've been on several different sites and they all have different tests and quizzes and I have found this process amazingly therapeutic in my healing and in my waiting for the paperwork details to sort themselves out. I have been separated from my husband for over two years now. I have waited, prayed, offered every option I can think of. But my husband has been unfaithful to me and our young children in ways that are simply too personal to share here. I am not here to say bad things about him. I am sure that there are many unprincipled people who are online thinking it is no big deal to date while still married in any sense. However, for what it is worth, my strict "thou shall not" stance has softened... for others and for myself. In order to accept or even consider my viewpoint on this requires grace. Are you willing to consider that some people could be here with the intention of rebuilding their sense of self and easing back into the world of men?? (or women). For me, I know what my heart is. And any man that I speak with I am clear that I am in the process... not ready to do/be anything beyond friends at this point in time. Thank you for considering my point. ~S Post Reply

View Profile History	Why are married men on this site? Posted : 15 May, 2014 03:29 PM So what most of you are saying is that it's wrong for anyone who is still married to be on here? Some are on here because they were deserted by their spouse and need a friend or two. Has anyone here ever been broken by the opposite gender and needed to be around decent people of the opposite gender as not to be embittered, or is this a site full of sinless, perfect people? Or just folks who think they're good enough to judge others? As long as they are honest and say that they're separated, then there's no deception. Kirk Cameron said it best in the way of the master, and I quote him as he was quoting Jesus. " Jesus says if you've ever looked at a man or woman with lust then you've already committed adultery with them in their heart. Let any of you who are without sin cast the first stone. We have sin but we still cast stones don't we, hmmmm, what's that called? Post Reply
