a day without wordsPosted : 30 Nov, 2010 04:49 PMFor some things there are no words. As a woman who loves words, this is tragic at first thought. Surely, I must be able to pick up the phone and explain to someone exactly how I feel; surely, the recipient of my words must have the perfect words to speak back to me. Surely, there must be words that can set my world back in order again and my heart into rhythm again. |

a day without wordsPosted : 1 Dec, 2010 04:45 PMYES, I am so thankful that God knows my heart. One of my favourite verses is in Romans 8(?) where it talks about how the Spirit intercedes for us with groans that our words can't express. I have cried all over that page and it's all torn and nasty now! Haha! It's such a great reminder, though, that we don't have to come up with words for God to understand us! |
