Admin	Proverbs 31 woman is Posted : 12 Jan, 2010 08:16 AM This is a proverbs 31 woman.The chapter gives advice on being wise and of good council.Even befre marriage she will save herself for the man god has for her.She wats to please god by making wise decsions to honor her husband.She comes togod in a humble manner.Not puffed up or stubbern.But willing to submit to god and her husband.She knows that her husband is the priest and the leader of the home.This is appointed by god. She is wise in her council and waits on god to bring her good things.She is not one who will rush to a fast decsion or make rash judgements.She will show respect to het husband even before god reveals that man to her.She will honor him in not even taking the appearence of foolishness.Read this a few times. My husband was not interested in anything having to do with church or "religion". I was growing in my Proverbs 31 person and this is where the true test came. Wives, we must submit to Christ first, then our husbands but if they are not on the same page, you are in for a true test of integrity.....a good thing, because God will create in you patience, unconditional love for the unloving, and peace like you have never known. I was submissive to my husband but not to the point of being a doormat which too many people think submission means. When you are obediant to Christ, He honors that and even though difficulty comes, you are NEVER alone. My husband became saved after 23 years and that is all that matters in the long run. He came face to face with Jesus and my sons and I again saw God's grace poured out! Submission is what Jesus did on the cross. He was so obedient to His Father and when you look at this picture of His love for us, why should we find it difficult to submit?! It is imortant for both husband and wife to be equally yoked and truly understand how marriage is to be held precious in His sight. Just a word to those who find it hard to grasp abstinence. Realize that everytime you "sleep" with someone, you are "sleeping" with every person they have had sex with in the past. Look at the statistics on STD's and young women with cervical cancer. Let's be a generation that educates and makes a difference because God calls us to be stgrong and courageous. Post Reply
Cinderella3653 View Profile History	Proverbs 31 woman is Posted : 15 Jan, 2010 08:56 AM Ok To be VERY Clear. I am no endorsing or condoning PRE Marital Sex. In fact I am against it to the Nth Degree. I am very very staunch in my stand against it. I am not saying you shoudl have to submit to that level before you are married.. I am saying that some men, use that as a tool... and some men expect you to submit yourselves to them before you are even married (in every OTHER Way.. than sexually).. For example.. Financhially.. or to get their approval before the woman does ANYTHING.. even going out with girlfriends.. they want to give their approval of yes or no..That is what I am talkinga bout.> Like the man is now you DAD.
