I didn't marry the men who proposed to me cuz I knew they wouldn't make a good father for my baby and other personal reasons. I don't regret marrying them I believe God spared me from being divorced three times if I did.

Now the men who show interest in me aren't men I could ever be interested in.

I've wanted my baby ever since I could remember. I've been waiting upon the Lord not having any sex prior to marriage keeping pure but the man hasn't came. I've done a bunch of dating too in hopes to find him he still hasn't come. I honestly believe that since there are more Christian men than women that realistically not every woman who has the desire to have a baby will be given to a husband. So God being the all knowing God gave this gift to women who've been waiting all their life to have a baby.

This was my last option that I have I refused to marry the wrong men then and the wrong men now just to have a baby.

If a good Christian man pulls up beside me during any part of this process I'll be going thru and if I fall in love with him and him me then I would love to marry him. If I'm not suppose to marry and me and parents raise my baby I'm prepared to do that too. Tarasye was right that I want this baby more than life itself. I love myself and family too much to be suicidal so don't be getting any bright ideals.....heeeheee. An Irish girl never kills herself c'mon people snap out of it

I'm very emotionally happy, love life love God and usually believe it or not I'm the one counselling on my friends.

Archie Debate time

Rape isn't fornication cuz fornication is a sin and rape isn't a sin cuz the woman was forced.

Artificial Insem is a medical procedure proof it's covered by medical insurance therefore thats not sex. Medical insurance doesn't cover someone having sex or committing fornication.

Define fornication-voluntary intercourse between an unmarried man and woman.

There is a syringe inserted for Artificial insemination proof that fornication isn't committed cuz the man won't be there for intercourse.

I've done my research physically Artificial Insemination isn't sex. Biblically it's not a sin.

Bible states we should be fruitful and multiply. Better to marry than burn with passion and since no man to marry better to do this to have my baby than to get knocked up to have a baby.

Bible states women who don't bare children in so many words their womb has been cursed. I want my womb to be fruitful and bear a child so I can train he or she up in the ways of the Lord.

Getting knocked up is clearly in the bible in black and white is a sin that no one can deny that. The bible never condems this process of having a baby.

I believe God is omnipotent and he sends us help via medical technology and we have to reach out and step out in faith. Why can we use technology to save a man from a heart attack and not use it to create a live precious baby? God gave the technology we should use it.

Just like I don't know 100% sure that it's God's will for me to get pregnant this way any more than I know if it's God's will for me to have a good day at work or not.

None of you know 100% for sure that it isn't God's will either. If you think you do then that must make you more righteous than anyone on board here. I've read the verses and none of them state this is wrong.

So I for one am leaving it in God's hands if I get pregnant what an awesome joy and honor that will be if not then it will be hard but will have to accept God's no.

God's no is the only no I will accept.

Focus on the family a biblical radio show supports that a couple wanting kids wouldn't be sinning if the woman allowed a zygote to be implanted in her. This faithbased Christian radio show is what gave me the ideal.

Uv all heard of Dr Dobson haven't you.... I love him and his show. When heard this on the radio I knew that there's still hope for me to have a baby yet. I was so touched by this program it brought me to tears and called my Mom immediately after hearing it.

I believe the program is snowflakes.com. Since can't afford the invitro Ive decided to go with Artificial Insem.

Anyway that throws ur theory about the seed out of the water cuz this married couple's wife is carrying another man's seed. Sometimes Christians can become tunnel vision and ritualistic like the Pharisees and not open to new blessings that the Good Lord can have in store for you.

I for one am going to reach out to God and keep knocking for a baby until he says no.

Consensual sex outside of marriage is a fornication. Rape or any class of it is not fornication.

dear kimberly,

your words here

O'l Cattle what better example in bible than story of Jesus himself he didn't have 2 biological parents only one. Mary was impregnated before marriage

mine here

nice point.. but i dont believe what youre speaking of doing is the same as the imaculate conception of JESUS...

with mary it was not another mans seed and it was all done by the hand of GOD .. all ,everything..

and GOD sent the angel to joesph to let him know it was all done so by GOD for him not to leave mary be..

you also make a good point about desires of the heart..

heres another way to look at it though..

james 1:13-15 13 Let no one say when he is tempted, "I am tempted by God"; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone. 14 But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. 15 Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.

see i am in the same boat as yawl. i have no children and would like very much to have my own or adopt or stepchildren.. and i aint gettin no younger either hehe.. but the good LORD willin one day i will. but im gonna wait till i have a moma for that child ..

Thankx for ur prayers on Gods will being done Im fully aware this will be the toughest thing I will ever do being a Mom.

Mr Cattle I know Im small compared to the Virgin Mary out of all the women in the world he picked her to mother his baby.

I'm just a sinful girl wanting Gods mercy to gift me with a baby that will be born in sin and not perfect like Jesus was.

The point Im trying to make who are we to question what may or may not be Gods will? I'm sure Mary faced alot of finger pointing, judgement and ridicule for being 3 months pregnant before she married Joseph since it was against the Jewish customs and traditions. I feel a little of what Mary may have experienced I'm sure she faced way worse than me.

The point I'm trying to make is that although it appeared that Mary was disobedient she wasn't she was obedient and following the perfect will of God he had destined for her.

I'm searching for God's perfect will in my life and hope and pray that this is it.

Not all of us are going to have the same path and still can love Jesus. Obviously none of us are going to be the Virgin Mary. Very few will have Artificial Insem. The majority will have a baby via marriage bed. I don't believe any of these paths are sinning against the bible. They may not be traditional but not sin.

I can't expect a singles site to be acceptive of this when they are on here looking for mates. If they make comments supportive to it then it's like agreeing they don't want a mate. To each their own as long as ur not sinning against God's word and you believe Jesus is the only way to Heaven. All other paths lead to the broad pathway to destruction.

ladythumper:

You may not know this but a woman's best child bearing window is between 15 and 35 years of age. After 35, unless her body has already given birth, a first time pregnancy is considered a high risk.

Now if you, and what you have seemed to indicate here on this forum, are thinking of having a baby without the benefit of a father, think again. God designed children to have two parents.

I know a man who's wife had a first time pregnancy after age 39 and she died giving birth. She was also a close friend of mine. The child had a father and it is good that he did.

I know this is not your question but it is what I think first, about the women who want a child for themselves alone.

There is what you might call a biblical type artificial insemination. It is the brothers responsibility to fulfill the duty of a husband and raise up seed to carry on his name. Deuteronomy 25:5.

This raises the question of whose name do you give a fatherless child. :dunce:

I don't think you can apply the Jesus example.

Mary didn't do anything to get pregnant. It was God's choosing and God DID have a man lined up for her and he made sure that happen as well cuz Joe was going to back out of that deal.

Not sure how long Joseph was involved in his life but we do know that Jesus has brothers and sisters the assumption being that Joseph was the father of those kids so you can conclude that joe was involved with Jesus during the formative years.

the important thing is that God made that happen. That was not a man or woman made plan.

Like i said, the closest example i can find would be Judah and Tamar in Genesis chap 38. Where Tamar's hubby dies and then his brother dies and then the youngest brother isn't given to her so she tricks Judah and gets pregnant by him. In otherwords she got pregnant without having a husband

It doesn't appear that God condemns or condones the actions of Tamar but Judah praises Tamar for her actions. And Perez being one of the twins that was born, is the direct ancestor of David.

im not sure that situation can translate into artificial insemination and getting pregnant without having a husband but just some food for thought.

dear fury, you make a good point about judah and tamar.

i recon we should keep in mind that judah didnt fulfill his promise to her that he would give her selah as her husband to provide an heir when he was grown..

so after he didnt fulfill that promise she indeed tricked him into knowing her and gettin her pregnant..

and he said she was more righteous than him because he did not give her his son... and then he never knew her again after that..

as the LORD says let your yes be yes and your no be no..
