I see a lot of profiles that say, "No drinking", as if the Lord Jesus would be forbidden from His own gospel because He turned water into wine, commands it to be used in the Old Testament, both in worship and moderation, and His apostles have clearly said, "use a little wine for your stomachs sake and your often infirmities". This "wine is bad" is nothing more than the opinions of men being holier than God.

Yes, drunkenness is forbidden, but a man isn't justified by what he eats or drinks, but by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and He commands, not that we abstain, but that we walk in temperance, faith, and love.

Ps 104:15

Judges 9:13

For me smoking is a turnoff and is also a killer. I don't like the smell and wouldn't want to be with a woman who smelled like it.

John 444, so basically, they wouldn't be comfortable with the Lord Jesus, the apostles, the prophets, and almost every man of God in the bible, etc, perhaps for John the Baptist?

No, they do this for religious reasons, 9 times out of 10, as if not drinking is spiritually higher than temperance.
