Relationships are built on trust. It really shouldn't matter who their friends are, unless their friend is actively trying to seduce them or something, but that's not a "friendship" anyway. :peace::peace: Post Reply

I would draw the line if I think that he is undermining my relationship, but until then I'd give him a chance. Think about it. If they are best friends than she has probably known him more than she knew me, trying to get rid of that with out a good reason just makes you look bad. Same for boyfriends whose best friend is a girl. Post Reply

Girls whose best friend is a guy are not as weird, but I still think it's a little weird since she's his best friend, and as stated previously, I think guys whose best friend is a girl are weird. My best friend is a girl. I have guy friends, and one pretty close guy friend...but I don't think he could ever be my best friend. Why? Because there are things I wouldn't want to tell a guy (that I wasn't married to) that I would want to tell a best friend. A girl is FAR more suited to be my best friend. I think the same would go for a guy and his friends and best friend. Make sense? Post Reply

Don't know why I don't think I do anything different than I did as a youngster as a friend. Post Reply

I think that if a girl has a LOT of trouble making friends who are girls, there is probably some sort of underlying social issue, or perhaps a self-esteem issue. It just seems "normal" for girls to have a best "girl friend" and guys to have a best "guy friend." Post Reply
