They are really on their toes. Often the banned people get my e-address before they are banned. Then they prove why they are banned. Banned people are often scammers that ask for gift cards and sympathy money. They don't have money to buy groceries. They don't have money to buy gas. They don't have money for travel. They need a new cell phone. There is no end to the things they invent to ask for money. Some start to ask for money a couple days after you give them your e-address. Others wait a week or two. It is better to just write on this site than to give out your e-address to scammers. Again, scammers are the ones most likely to write. Our excitement for the day is being written by scammers. They are quick to want to get off this platform, so they provide their number and email address. I've been amending my profile to accommodate the men who want to take advantage. I believe profiles posing as males or females are becoming craftier. discernment is needed. Post Reply

Also, messages automatically delete after a span of time, so why wouldn't one want to get off this platform for serious conversation? Nonetheless, better to stay on this platform because once you give out your e-address, you learn people are not sincere. Post Reply

Just so you know, there is a man on this site who did not like me giving him a Google number. He accused me of being fake and cussed at me. There are those who may not like that option, but I don't care. Post Reply

I have read about google numbers and scammers do make use of them. Not calling you a scammer. I do not believe that scammers typically waste their time on blogging here. What profit is there in that? I do have a gmail account that I give to all the scammers that write me. Then we write. And I see how long it takes for them to ask for money and gift cards and what they will come up with as their urgent need for funds. Groceries, gas, a replacement cell phone, flowers, flight, their mother. I have heard it all. Hardly a person that I give my e-address that does not ask me for money. It is almost 99% of the people here that write me off the site. Life was better before the internet. Post Reply

He sent me his friend number & email address. Needless to say I didn’t reply & when I next checked my messages he’d been banned…:-) Post Reply
