Are women attracted to man's weaknesses? Or do they turn women off?

For me, it depends on what those weaknesses are. I would not be attracted to a man that's weakness was work. But I wouldn't mind a man that was afraid of heights or something like that..and it could be cute. :)

Like T said, it depends upon the weakness. If it's an issue of moral weakness, it's more of a turn off. If it's an issue of a phobia, then it's not as important, except when it comes to killing spiders. He hopefully will not be afraid to kill those evil creatures.

Klinton,

This is a great question!

The Apostle Paul said that he'd learned to "delight" in his weaknesses...hmm

King David's weaknesses are recorded beautifully throughout the book of Psalms as well as the Lord being the source of his strength.

So ladies?

"If you think you're standing firm, be careful you don't fall". I've discovered some of weaknesses by falling and it ain't nice. Those weakness are offputting to me so I can't imagine a woman would find them a turn-on.

Being as all of us guys (yeah, even me) have weaknesses, I suppose the question is do women find it attractive if we admit our weaknesses or if we hide them?

Personally, I'd much rather a man (or woman) be able to admit their weaknesses; that in itself shows strength. :)

I'm in agreement with those who said that it depends on the weakness. If it's a weakness in some small, insignificant way (like a phobia about heights, a weakness for dessert, etc.), then it's ok. I don't know that I would necessarily be attracted to him because of the weakness, but it probably wouldn't cause me to be less attracted to him. Of course, if the weakness was towards spiders, that would be a huge turn-off...he's gonna have to kill all my spiders for me! I can't stand the things! (Just kidding about the turn-off part...but I really can't stand spiders.)

If his weakness was in the form of insecurity, immaturity, lack of self-control, or any number of major character flaws, I would be running the other way as fast as I could.
