For me, it would show just how much he indeed Loves God and his fellowman. I've been out with someone who acted as if even talking about God in a public place is embarrassing. My first marriage was not Christ centered and at one time in my life, I would have NEVER gone through a marriage ceremony with the words obey or submit (wife to husband). I was used to the woman wearing the pants in the family and married someone who was used to the same thing. Before I get long winded, I'll just say that the Lord has changed my heart in so many areas, including marriage. We were made to be different and we have different strengths and weaknesses. If the Lord's will is for me to marry again, I would marry someone more mature in their Christianity as he is to be the spiritual leader of the home. Witnessing is normal to Christians and I would not feel weird about it at all. Post Reply
