DO YOU EVER FEEL YOU MAY HAVE MISSED YOUR SOUL MATE?Posted : 5 Oct, 2010 01:26 PMI am not talking about not going to a function they may have attended. I am talking about someone who was in your life in the past and you either did not pursue or truely ruined the relationship? |

DO YOU EVER FEEL YOU MAY HAVE MISSED YOUR SOUL MATE?Posted : 7 Oct, 2010 07:34 AMNo. I've had some awesome relationships, but I look at where they are now and where I am, and know it wasn't meant to be. God made me. He knows I'm stubborn, and that I miss His gentle nudges sometimes. But He loves me, still. If God chooses someone special for me, I believe He will not just give me one opportunity to find that person. He'll keep dropping them into my path. |

DO YOU EVER FEEL YOU MAY HAVE MISSED YOUR SOUL MATE?Posted : 7 Oct, 2010 04:29 PMAlright, I'm going to rock the boat a bit, haha. YES. I have felt that way and from time to time still do. I met a man once who honestly on paper was perfect for me in every way. Like really truly completely perfect. I say on paper because we didn't end up in a relationship and so there is no way to know whether it would really have worked. I do not believe that there is one singular right person for everyone. If that were the case, than widows/widowers or divorcees would never find real love again, and that just doesn't happen. God always has a perfect plan for our lives, but I don't think that necessarily means there is only one person in 6.2 billion (or whatever we're up to now) out there. I think there is a particular TYPE of person we're meant to be with. I'm not 100% solidly set on this, but that's just what I believe. Anyway, I do sometimes feel like I missed my soulmate, but I don't really know, so I just take it as a stepping stone in discovering what I really am looking for and just continue on my search for my future husband. |
