Admin	dating new school v.s. old fashioned Posted : 12 Sep, 2010 07:32 PM I am an old fashioned guy...:waving: so i tend to move slower than most guys my age... i don't know if it's mostly were i live, or everywhere... i am close to 30 and it seems like most people my age have already been down the aisle of marriage and my folks think i am weird for not being in a hurry... i see my generation get married and divorced like a dating ritual and it makes my heart hurt... i would rather make friends with someone i was interested in for 3 months then end up missing a wonderful friend and go from there... there are pleny of years in my life and i don't think marriage is something to rush into. am i weird or just cautious?? I am currently in a long distance relationship w/ a man who is 41 and also has never been married. And we were friends for about 3 months before entering into a relationship.
