The rule of thumb I go by (and this is just me you understand) is if the man's profile has the age range of 30-50, I don't respond. 99.9 times out of 100 it means he is REALLY looking for a 25-30 year old. Just hope she see's that I viewed her profile and figures it out and changes it ( if interested) I have done that when I saw someone who checked out mine but was just outside the range I picked. Go back and edit your profile to reflect the age that will allow you to write her...then write and ask if she would consider you even if you are "Too Old"...then go back and return your age to it's proper date.
