Posted : 8 Feb, 2010 08:14 AM Hey ladies, I have a date coming up this weekend with an AMAZING girl and I have had girlfriends in the past but we never really did the whole "dating" scene before the relationship so I don't have much experience with dates. I just wanted to know if anybody could give me any advice on what to do and what not to do on this date. I've known her for a while so we're already kinda comfortable with each other, not really much awkwardness between us. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks! Post Reply

View Profile History	Perfect date? Posted : 8 Feb, 2010 10:22 AM Keep in mind it kinda takes a minute for your real life experience to catch up with your online experience. Like 2 or 3 dates before you can pick up and move forward. Being this is the first one, it is like a transition. So don't be too over the top, just sit across from the table and talk then when it's time to leave, even though you'll both want to stay there all night, as long as you end on a high note, which shouldn't be too hard, you're good. So don't over think it and try to make it more than that. Be nice and pleasant and go from there on the second date and so on. Also congrats, I hope it all works out. Post Reply

Posted : 8 Feb, 2010 07:43 PM Don't put so much pressure on yourself -- go for the really terrific date instead of the perfect date. :goofball: Be yourself, treat her like a lady, and remember that this is a special night for her, too. Pick a place where you can see and hear each other so you can talk and spend time and get to know one another.
