I agree with what everyone else said. You now have a good variety of pictures and your essay has a lot to say about yourself and your goals. A tip that I've found to be helpful in my own profile: change your profile picture once in a while. Not too often, but just often enough to attract attention if someone hasn't looked at your profile recently. If you aren't getting profile views, that's a sign that it's time to change your picture.
