GlendoraMike View Profile History	FAVORITES LIST Posted : 2 Jan, 2010 11:32 PM :waving: On one woman's profile she asked why are men selecting her as a favorite but never contacting her. It really doesn't make any sense. I just saw one woman's profile that had over 60 listing her as a favorite. Her profile consisted of "TBA" and a picture that may put her into the very attractive end of the looks spectrum. I found that one woman had put me on her favorites list and yet hadn't winked or e-mailed me. I tried e-mailing her but she didn't answer and I am still on her favorites list. Yes, she is still active. So what are you finding and do you think that this feature has merit? Yes, I know that you can turn off the displying of this number. Post Reply
liv2luvudeeply View Profile History	FAVORITES LIST Posted : 3 Jan, 2010 11:51 AM Well referencing my posting about age limitations, if i can't e-mail or wink at someone because of it, then I'll add them as a favorite! It's the only other thing beside looking at her profile that I can do to get her attention! Other than that, I might add her as a fav if I don't have time to come up with something meaningful or clever to e-mail her at the moment, with the intention of doing it later. Of course, all my friends that I do correspond with are usually on my favs list for convenience, and to kinda act as a ranking. Whether it's accurate or whether it was meant to or not, I do think it's one form of ranking how popular you are. Post Reply

I'm not really sure, but it happens to me too. I am in their favorites but have not heard from them. I also noticed that the more you have written in your profile, the less likely you are to be put in someones favorites, but when there are a few words in that area, that person has all kinds of people indicating them as favorite. I have women and men favorites that are new-found friends here. When I want to shoot them a message just to check on them, my favorites list gives me quick access to them. Some of you post some really good responses that have been good food for thought for me, SO, I do save some of you as favorites to access your recent posts. GraceMae Post Reply

I think that's the case. I'm no women but that's what I do. Load up on the favorites, re-read, and then start filtering. It cuts down on the searching and its easy to track responsive and non-responsive members. Post Reply

It just helps me find their profiles for IM purposes. I have had a lot of people add me to their favorites list, but they never contacted me, and others who contact me regularly haven't added me, so I can't figure it out at all! Post Reply
