Yes, someone told me that too. but is that going to stop me from searching for my soulmate? No. Maybe after 40, I would stop searching. I really don't know. I think, people can do whatever they set their minds on. If you choose to limit yourself by whatever your age is, then you lock yourself in a man-made limitation. God doesn't want us to be limited. He is an unlimited God. He wants us to think with His mind. That's why the Bible says that we need to renew our mind and trust in the Lord and lean not on our own understanding. (Pr 3:5) Post Reply

I'm in my late 40s I have my family and have entered a new chapter in my life. I now have more free time to pursue my hobbies/interests and travel and I would expect any potential partner to be on the same page. Post Reply

PLEASE RESPOND Posted : 7 May, 2018 06:23 AM I saw a picture once on the front of a Christian magazine of this reaaaaally elderly couple getting married lol...God can do anything...I have hope...when you think about it there are always going to be people of the opposite sex at a similar stage in life to you, whether you want kids or have done that and want to go on holiday a lot lol or whatever...it's easy to let discouragement get in but the age thing...I think it's all relative x Post Reply
