In today's time most women have careers and therefore money of their own. While money issues is one of the top reasons marriages fail according to statistics, I believe true Christian women know that money is not the foundation in which to build a relationship. Would you be comfortable dating/marrying a woman that makes more than you might be question you want to ponder. Post Reply

I think the point wanting a man to have a job is to show that he is not a sloth. You must also keep in mind that we're to support our family, so it is not wise to start one if there are financial problems. It could resort in someone being in the relationship just to take money from you. Both should be responsible and out of debt as the Bible commands. Post Reply
