View Profile History	What 3 areas do women struggle in? Posted : 29 Nov, 2011 12:17 AM I agree with the other ladies. Struggles are as different as personalities. However, I will say that in the last few years I have seen over and over again in my life, in the lives of women around me, and even all throughout movies and tv, that a great motivator for women is the desire to be chosen. It may manifest in different ways, but I think it is an underlying motive for the majority of us. Whether it is in friendships, in family, in dating, at work, whatever... we want to know that there is someone that believes we are worth choosing over all the other options. Someone who will confirm our value. The truth is, God has chosen us in Christ so this desire should be met, but since we are not yet perfected wholly, we still struggle with seeking this other places. I have seen it many places in my own story and I'm actually writing about it on my blog and hope to write some bible study material around the idea as well. Ladies, do yall have thoughts on this? Have yall seen evidence of this in your own lives and in friends? Post Reply

I know I have this desire motivating and encouraging and inspiring me in my relationships with the Barefoot Special Women who are or have been a part of my life. Knowing that they CHOOSE to love me, to be with me, for however long, is a great blessing, that always lifts your spirit to heights you've never known it could soar; always warms and thrills your heart in ways it has never been warmed and thrilled before!!! :dancingp::dancingp::dancingp::yay::yay::yay::hearts::hearts::hearts: So ...
