First your age range will limit who can respond...not a bad thing. You are obviously looking for someone close to your age. Your profile is long...you cover a LOT of material..I would narrow it down...leave some things for people to ask you questions. None of the info is 'bad'. Just too much for someone to take in. You don't start talking about yourself for quite a while. People may feel they know everything about you....what you believe, what you like, do, and how you do it...if they read all the way through. If you look at the profiles of the people who view you and have an interest in them, send them a note. Sometimes people look through profiles and aren't sure if they would meet your expectations. They might even have the intention of going back and sending a note but there are so many profiles to sort through. That's just my thoughts. I am definitely not an expert on this topic. Post Reply

View Profile History	Profile Problems? Posted : 26 Jul, 2011 05:40 PM Loved the random part about your "coffee name". I know lots of people who use a cofee name. You have a lot of good information about yourself, and I liked the part at the begnning about what a Christian man should be. You also have good pictures -- though you need a full body shot in there. My suggestion is that you cut down on some of your text. The part at the beginning -- add the front part "A Christian man should be" and then list just bullet points. You can go over the details with somoene you meet and are interested in. It is just too much text to read, in my opinion. You need to strike a good balance between giving enough, but not too much, and keep 'em wanting more. Also, if you add a bullet point to your random section, you might want to take one down. Or keep a list in a Word document, and circulate 5 or so in at a time. Just my suggestions. God's blessings on your search! Post Reply

One more suggestion is to change your main profile picture. As much as I love kids (spent most of the morning and afternoon playing with a friend's 3 month old baby!), I don't think you should make that one your main picture. Also, if the child is not YOUR child, you might want to mention that he's your favorite nephew (or whatever) so that girls don't think you are already a father. That might be chasing some of them away...and yes, I know your profile says you don't have kids, but not everyone actually pays attention to that part of the profile! Post Reply

Any young ladies in the age bracket should be impressed that you followed advice that you asked for. Many people, men and women, ask but never heed the advice.
