Posted : 20 Jun, 2011 07:45 AM As a physically-challenged Christian guy, there are some things the Lord has allowed me to NOT be able to do by myself, but for the most part, even though it is necessary for me to walk around with the help of a pair of half-crutches, I am blessed to be able to live as an independentt adult and take care of and do MOST things for myself ... among MY list of things I am barefoot blessed to be able to do are: 1) Walk around and enjoy going out and doing things Post Reply

Posted : 20 Jun, 2011 08:11 AM 2) Fix my own meals, using a cart to put the food and dishes and drinks on in my kitchen to wheel over to where I am going to be eating and drinking them, then wheeling them back into the kitchen and cleaning off those dishes and washing them 3) Going to church and worshipping our Lord with that Barefoot Special Someone and/or family or brothers and sisters in the Lord who lovingly provide rides each Sunday etc 4) Be my Romantic Barefoot Guy Self and look for, woo and win the heart, the unconditional LOVE of that Barefoot Special Someone of my heart, dreams, hopes and prayers, blessing her heart and life and mine in this wonderful process!!! :dancingp::dancingp::dancingp: 5) Have the "best sex of our lives" with that Barefoot Special Someone who becomes my wife in my heart, and, hopefully, leagally too, if possible, before God and our family and brothers and sisters in Christ, being each other's "Barefoot Lover, Best Friend and Life in Christ Mate" in our hearts and lives for the REST of our lives!!! :dancingp::dancingp::dancingp::hearts::hearts::hearts: 6) Represent our Lord's heart, love and character to that Barefoot Special Someone, my family, friends, and all of my brothers and sisters in Him in Barefoot Special Ways as He enables, inspires, encourages, and makes ways for me to do so!!! :hearts::hearts::hearts: 7) To enjoy doing all of the artistic things I LOVE to do whenever I have the opportunities to do them as one of the areas of service God blesses me in being able to serve Him through doing them!!! :yay::yay::yay::applause::applause::applause: 8) To be an encourage and inspiration to others in my unwavering faith in and love for God as one of His devoted physically-challenged servants!!! :hearts::hearts::hearts: Love, Steve Post Reply

Posted : 20 Jun, 2011 03:44 PM sometimes I forget to thank God for being able to see the vibrant colors on flowers, smell the ocean air, hear the birds singing, touch my grand daughters tiny toes. View Profile History	What are some of the things you are blessed to be able to do? Posted : 20 Jun, 2011 04:58 PM I'm very thankful for being able to get out of bed each morning and make it to work. I'm thankful that I'm able to take care of myself and do the daily chores at home or wherever I have to go or do. I'm thankful for my family and friends and doing things together. I'm thankful I'm still able to drive. I'm thankful that God gets me through each day. Post Reply
