Too little...

Too much...

I feel the same, when there is one or two sentences...don't have anything to say, sounds pretty boring.

Too much info gives the impression that you will probably talk about yourself throughout a date and be impossible to please unless it is all about you.

I don't mind seeing an animal in the picture...only in one.

I also agree about the metion of Christ...that is why we are here, is it not? I there is no mention, it makes me thnk you are not a man of God, but a non-Christian trying to find "a good girl" or something...

Just put some of both and you will be fine.

I saw on one profile a man said "I am facinated by the female anatomy".........................that's a big, NOT!

When the man says very little about himself, it makes me thinks that he is either a.) not putting too much effort into it or b.)that he is emotionally unavailable

Also, when I see a man with no shirt on, flexing his muscles, standing beside his material possessions. Although this is a Christian website, I'm fascinated by the people that after just a few interactions, want to send or see naked pictures of one another!

1. Profiles that focus on inner character are the best.

2. Remember exercise can change a physical appearance but it shows committment to making yourself better, a good character trait also.

3. Stay positive in your writing, no dark past stuff.

4. Does the person see the world with a Christian perspective. That Christian world view.

The biggest turn-off lately I have seen are those men who post tiny photos of themselves, one cannot even see their faces - like this one. The other turn-off is the posting of photos (by men) wearing shades, what are they hiding?

For one thing ~ I have the "out of country" checked in the Mail Settings so I don't get all the stuff from out of country. Yeah ~ Like I am going to travel to Indonesia for a cuppa java and a couple sentences.

As a writer ~ I lay out the words so there are no mistakes regarding my own character and my walk with the Lord. If I cannot announce HIM here ~ how can I proclaim HIM elsewhere and out of this forum.

I have met a few from this site ~ one told me and in his profile ~ he was a lot taller. Hmmm...he musta shrunk.

Turn-offs for me is the "not truthful" thing. And, the "no photo" thing. If I can post and I am no computer geek ~ surely at least a single photo to go along with the profile would be worthwhile.

For me ~ I get a lot of "views"...but no conversation.

I finally asked this one guy why he was always viewing me but never initiated a conversation; his response? He felt I was out of his league.

Puuuuuuulease!!!

I wrote and told him...we are ALL BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN CHRIST.

I as well do not gravitate to shirtless wonders ~ nor pictures with arms draped around other women...who are they? Children or former girlfriends?

I had also noticed how many men ~ in their "upper teens"...wayyyyyyyyyyy upper teens...wanted teeny boppers...about 20-years their junior.

Get real. And, I can pick out Scammers from the bunch very easily. They cannot put two sentences together and speak in spurts...leaving out the adjectives and pronouns. I can spot them a mile away. Banned...ha.

Yeah ~ I am venting. I feel better now.
