As I believe in the Golden Rule, I respond to all who taken some of their limited time of this life and dedicated it to me by writting a letter to me. The only exceptions to this are obvious scammers. Even to these I write sometimes on the off chance I had mistaken their poor writting ability for being a foreign scammer with limited English.
