I thought I'd just as, who all is staying up to watch Prince William and Kate's wedding?

I probably will be.

I watched it, it was beautiful, yes. Her dress was really beautiful and I liked the part where they kiss on the balcony of Buckingham Palace. Whole thing was really neat.

Btw, me too, Deb!

Shame on me I guess for not watching, considering they will be my king and queen one day (though the title is about the only thing the position really offers). I did see snippets whilst onboard the ferry and I really wish them the best because that family has had it's fair share of trouble and strife, and because we (the UK) need something to help restore our faith in marriage as a concept after things like McCartney vs. Mills

I also thought the kiss, or at least the one I saw, on the balcony of Buckingham palace was nice, but one of the teens hanging around the screen said she kissed him with her eyes open and I noticed it was him reaching for her hand as they went back inside...

Regarding the whole America/England thing, there's both sets of opinions on both sides of the pond, and opinions do change over time - mine certainly did!

I watched a little bit of the wedding at work. It was beautiful and what a nice looking couple they make. How about all the fancy hats, ladies?

My friends were talking about some wedding taking place at 3am on Facebook this week and I couldn't figure out who's wedding they were talking about! I bet my friends watched it, but I didn't even know about it! And I think I was in class while it took place.

Loved the hats!

So happy for the couple.... and I'm also glad it is over. Way, way too much coverage of the whole thing while there is so much else going on in the world. The coverage could have been cut in half, in my opinion.

Loved the dress and veil. Almost just exactly what I would like. Except the dress would be knee-length (no train), there would be no tiara, and the veil would be shorter.
