Admin	what do single christian women do during the day??? Posted : 4 Aug, 2010 07:19 PM Hello all (ladies of the ask a gal forum) I am slowly getting to know this site a bit better, but one thing I have been unable to find a good answer for; where are all the women during the days and weekends. I know that the clubs are not the place to go, the bars are usually depressing, and when out and about, you just run into alot of cold and impersonall people. So what do the christian women do for fun and where do they go when they get out and about??? Or do thy just sit at home all week and wait around for something in the comforts of their home?? Posted : 5 Aug, 2010 08:56 PM Well stormie sarge.... during the weekdays (and lately weekends too...), I'm working of course. And the evenings lend to quiet pleasant times at home. Ditto @godslamb @godsjude... same here. Lately I been learning how to play electronic cames in Yahoo, Facebook and AARP! hahaha..... I can even play with partners... lol.. As a +50 age adult, I'm finding some new fun ways to socialize. While not all in physical realm, touchy feelly presence, it does lend to be fun, with the possibility of reconnecting again, and anticipation to the what if's of possibly meeting. I know the stresses/demands of work for me right now have changed the mode of what free time I have for socializing... so I find alternative ways to have fun.... *GraceMae :glow: Post Reply

I just live my life dont do anything out of my way to be honest. I get approached at Starbucks though. The problem is that unless you straight out ask them "are you christian" I dont give it a second thought. Christian bookstore or concerts or stuff like that might be a good idea for you. just dont compromise and always be patient. Post Reply

But that's part of the commitment. In a world where young people are so used to people walking away from them, I don't want to be on that list of people who walk. So my days consist of hanging out with young people. I work at the local school providing lunch time activities, coaching the soccer team, playing chess and dodgeball, tutoring in maths and writing skills, etc. I play music, knit and crochet. I sing lots. I volunteer at the local mums and bubs hangout. I drink lots of coffee. Attend prayer meetings, church, etc. I go to the gym in the mornings, and in the evenings, I'll do some reading.
