View Profile History	Ladys as you grow older.... Posted : 26 Apr, 2010 05:24 PM Well, I don't really keep track of the # of heads I turn =) What I think is that true beauty comes from the inside. As we age, we are hopefully growing in wisdom and christlike qualities. And I think that this beauty can be reflected in our appearance, even on those days when we're not so fond of what we see in the mirror. Other aspects of outer beauty are confidence and learning how to work well with what you have... For me, I become more confident as I get older and better able to enhance the physical traits the Lord has given me. Well, kind of... LOL An example of this is my hair... which can be a total bushy, frizzy nightmare. It's naturally curly, but for years I worked against this because I was convinced that straight hair was "in" and that guys would not be attracted to me (and girls would not want to be my friend) if I wore my hair curly. So, I would attempt to straighten it, and it would just frizz and look awful... Now that I'm older, I've accepted that it's curly and I let it be curly and have learned how to work with it. It still doesn't look perfect, but I get so many more compliments on it now that I just let it be instead of trying to change what God has given me. So, I guess what I'm trying to say here is that, as we get older, we are hopefully seeing our natural beauty more and becoming more comfortable in our skin and able to reflect the beauty that's on the inside, rather than being so stuck on what we look like and how to change our appearance. And I think there's a mature kind of beauty in the woman who accomplishes that, even if she's not a perfect 10. Post Reply

No, because I am old enough to know what would make a good fit. Yes because ---- what I have found is that men around my age are not looking for women around my age. They are looking for women 20 years younger than I. Yes, I can still turn heads. Post Reply

Posted : 27 Apr, 2010 11:40 AM lol good to see you women are confident. you know, I hate that women succumb to the culural norms, I as a man have a variety of taste when it comes to women, but like most of you I wont be something Im not just cause someone thinks so. I am a furry man, and I remember talking to a female friend,she made a comment that body hair on men makes her sick, I just told her where the bathroom is in case she needed to throw up cause I aint changing my appearnce that drastically for anyone :) Post Reply
