If he is asking me to call him because he's too chicken to call me, that's not a good sign. If he's trying to make me feel more secure or safe by allowing me to block my number when we talk, I guess that would be ok...but by the time I agree to a phone conversation, I would hope that I'd trust him enough to at least give him my cell phone #! When two people meet on an online dating site, they need to keep the contact online for a while...exactly how long to take before the first phone call depends on the two people and how things are going online.
