Easy conversation (including some silences without getting uncomfortable), joking. Listening to me and sharing what the Lord has done in his life. At the end, a sincerly worded desire to see me again, make sure I get in the house safely, and a call the next day. Post Reply

Posted : 28 Jul, 2010 03:05 PM Well, since I'm in the midwest, it can't be the long walk along the beach in the moonlight...I would love the old fashioned pick me up with flowers in hand. Lunch/dinner, then a sitdown on my porch to continue conversation (if we both want to). To sweep off my feet? Be comfortable in his skin, know who he is in the kingdom and be on that journey, and be quick to laugh and doesn't take himself too serious. Post Reply

Posted : 30 Jul, 2010 11:23 PM I don't know about ideal, but today my guy bought me sidewalk chalk, bubbles, and straws with paper wrappers for a wrapper blowing fight. He's been trying to get me to de-stress with simple pleasures and "connecting with my inner child." I don't think anyone ever out grows bubbles and I'm especially looking forward to the wrapper fight. Anyone want to join us? Post Reply
