On this particular site there is no way to tell the last time someone logged in. So, it is possible you are trying to email or wink to someone who does not have an active profile. As others have suggestions, you might try to ask questions that show you really read a profile, and that give a girl a chance to answer more than "yes" or "no". Keep trying, keep searching. And, my observations after joining these last few months, are to - Look at whatever activity resources on the site... If forums are availble...has that person of interest participatedi in the forums? Now I know,. it's not the thing for many roaming around here on these sites, but more some, that is an indicatator. I was told, recently, that about these forums, some people feel shy, and feel more comfortable sharing one-on-one, rather than public. I can understand that. There is much to consider. I think we are "all" here to find a valuable, real, relationship, whether long term, buddy, partner for marraige, whatever.... and I just think we all have to be more humble as we wait. The methods we choose to reach out to one another are all different yet some the same, and we must be spiritually aware of how that may or may not come down to our advantage in our approach to one another. Sometimes it works, sometimes is doesn't. Mag11, I apologize... I went off on a tangent I think.... but to you directly, just keep plugging along. Somewhere down the line, if it's meant to be here on this site, someone, just for you will reply and you will know, and know how to respond her without doubt. If God is in this, which btw..
