Anyway,I've watched an old Christian movie about this guy who was pretending to be a Christian guy just so he could sleep with the Christian girl from his school. He was so good a pretending so much that not only did he asked his Christian friend some information about Christianity,but even as far as reading a book about living as a Christian and also looking up scripture verses in the Bible just to impress the girl to make her think that he's a Christian. Now I know that it's only a movie,but in the real world that we live,how can you ladies tell that a guy is faking it? Post Reply

Well, a Christian man dont act like that, so I would know him right off the bat . He gave his self away by wanting to sleep with the lady before marriage. I Corinthians 6 Flee Fornication. Bible teaches against Fornicators. I know when a man is serving Christ by his conversation with me on or off the internet. lol Post Reply

While a Christian may not agree with what a person is doing or saying, a real Christian will listen carefully and respectfully to all, and treat others as he/or she wants to be treated. Post Reply

But if a Christian gal takes interest in said character, she should already be looking at where he prioritizes his time. Regardless of his "act", one should still be able to find his true colors. Even in conversation. My mom actually had a friend who went through the same situation. The man pretended to be Christian even through marriage just so he could sleep with her (a lot of trouble if you ask me). Sadly she was warned before, but didn't heed the warning and they soon got divorced. His act can't fool everyone.You just got to decide whether or not you want to listen or acknowledge the warning bells before the wedding bells. lol. Post Reply

Posted : 28 Aug, 2012 01:47 PM If I've met a CHRISTIAN MAN that I was interested in or knew that he was interested in me, I would gladly do the following wether I HAD suspicions or NOT. Example: If he lived in the same area (state/city/borough...etc.) and attends a different church; I would: A) play along with the situation. Allow him to "show off" his bible skills and ask him if he has any life experience regarding the verse or what he believes it means. :waving: B) Ask him FIRST (can't stress this enough) how many times does he attend and if he has a position there (all the while smiling and encouraging). :excited: C) SECONDLY, ask him what church is it that he goes to and then (to cover any doubts that he has after the question) tell him mine and what we do there. :bunny: D) Invite him to hang out with me and a group of friends to play some sports (not knowing that there is bible study). :ROFL: E) Finally, go to that church he claims to be in (without letting him know) and see if intact he goes there, is involved if he said he was, find out if they know his name (for this I would send my friend just incase they mention it to him and give him the wrong description).....:bouncy: This will be done two weeks in a row. Each week I would ask him? "So, how was church this Saturday/Sunday? What was God talking to you about?" (Only when HE approaches me). :party: ****************************************** I know most of you are thinking that I'm crazy, that you WOULDN'T put to much effort/energy into playing Sherlock Holmes, that I don't have instincts nor do I TRUST in the Lord.
