Yes, as long as they are not on your heart!

What a funny question. Everyone has scars. There are some that are just not visible.

I meant visible. But yes, I'm curious. Clumsy people need love, too...

"If I had a star for every scar that you tattooed on my heart, I could light up the Oklahoma sky."

Err, no scars on my heart, yet. I guess I haven't fallen far enough/got hit hard enough/haven't eaten enough junk food yet. Surgery free(so far)! But I do have a fair ammount of scars. There's a quote I usually use with the bois, "chicks dig scars", and it got me thinking, is that true, or is it another in a long line of male self-delluding behavior? Phillosophy can only go so far before its a bald-faced lie; so, do tell, plz...

I think like in any case chicks dig the man, so they are alright with anything he comes with, be that scars, crazy family members, or just a weird past before coming to the Lord.

It's not about the scar, if scars were chick-magnets guys all over would be putting holes in themselves. It's about the man, even more so it's about his relationship with the Lord for me.

Actually, from my experience, chicks do dig holes in ones-self. Odd, I know. Looking back, I'm not even sure why I did it. My dad was still in seminary back then, and he went on a tangent about slaves in the days of the bilble, and earings of fish? I think? Anyhoo, my youth pastor was tattoo'd from head to toe knuckles. Always said he would NEVER get pierced. I did all my own, except for my tounge; I assisted in body piercing one summer and got it done. After 28, I took them all out. As for scars, I have a longtime female friend that debates with me over this subject, so I'm bringing it to you strangers for an objective opinion.

I admittedly don't like piercings or tattoos at all on men.

Makes me feel like they're immature. I know that sounds horrible.

And it's probably not the case.

Again if I was dating the guy, it'd be about him and his relationship with the Lord, not what he put on himself.

It's hard to find a good man who loves the Lord, tattoos and piercings or not. I am pretty sure I don't need any extra requirements.
